Long-Standing Leadership and Specialist Care

Upper Mead’s continuity of leadership sets it apart from many care homes in West Sussex. Home Manager Lynn Lovett joined Upper Mead in 1996, initially working in dementia care, before taking over as Home Manager in 2013 — meaning residents and families benefit from someone who has been part of the home’s story for nearly three decades. Lynn holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and has been personally recognised with two Outstanding awards.
