Adriana Porime – Registered manager
I have been working in care for 11 years and the last 9 I have been a Care Home Manager. Before I came in UK I have been a social worker in Romania working with children`s in need for 5 years. I have a bachelor degree in psychology and an equivalent National Vocational Qualification in Care at Level 3. I have joined Eleanor Healthcare Group in July 2018 as a Registered Manager at Roselands Care Home branch.
I consider myself a caring person, very sociable and very active, always with a smile on my face. I love my job and I am not afraid of a good challenge.
My vision for Roselands Residential Home is for it to be the best home it can possibly be, all our residents and staff to be happy, well looked after and enjoy being in here.
Eleanor sets itself apart by going beyond the mere fulfillment of basic needs, distinguishing ourselves as a provider that strives for excellence across all our services. Our commitment extends from offering exceptional care within your own home to forging strong collaborations with NHS trusts and local authorities, aiming to deliver comprehensive solutions. Beyond assisting those who rely on our services for their daily needs, our core values emphasize the importance of understanding, valuing, and challenging our employees, partners, and clients to ensure the highest quality of care and interaction.
Indeed, our team is expertly trained to support individuals with dementia in leading a fulfilling, healthy, and joyful life for as long as feasible. Our staff is proficient in identifying the early indicators of dementia and in administering care and engaging in activities that are medically endorsed to mitigate or decelerate the progression of this life-altering condition.
