Family owned and run, we initially took ownership of our first office in 2010 in Maidstone, moving onto Gravesend in 2011, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells in 2012 and most recently Folkestone and Dover, and Canterbury and Thanet in 2021.

Bluebird Care is a national provider of home care services. We specialise in working with customers and their families who require social care in their own homes. We offer a unique service of tailored care visits from check-in visits to full live-in support.
Our commitment to quality care has played an important part in our success. We now have over 200 offices in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Bluebird Care provides over 7.9 million care visits at home every year. That’s over 22,000 care visits to over 9,500 customers each day.
We take a considered and comprehensive approach to ensuring that your care service is exactly what is required.
Our care professionals are required to log their arrival and departure time at all visits using our electronic care planning system. All activities undertaken during the care visits are also logged using this system.
Customers are able to request a report of details held on the system at any time should they required this by contacting the office support teams.

We will put together a detailed plan for each customer which, as well as setting out the care to be delivered, also shows the weekly costs. Some people will be entitled to assistance with the cost of their care either from their local Social Services office or via other Government grants.
