Meet the Team at Inglefield Nursing Home
At Inglefield, we take pride in our long-standing and dedicated staff, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years. Their commitment and familiarity create a homely atmosphere and ensure the smooth running of our home.
Charlotte Willis – Registered Manager
Charlotte Willis started her career in Health and Social Care with the Open University while caring for a neighbour. Once her son, Alfie, started school, she joined a care home, completed her NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 5, and rose to the position of Deputy Manager. Charlotte later joined Inglefield as Deputy Manager, where her interest in nursing care grew, leading her to become the Acting Manager. Charlotte is passionate about person-centred care and involves residents in the care planning process to create a ‘home from home’ environment. She enjoys spending her days off with her family and their dog, Lenny.
Primrose Hukuimwe – Deputy Manager
Primrose Hukuimwe is a dedicated and compassionate professional who qualified as a nurse in Zimbabwe in 2014. With experience in emergency departments, she moved to the UK in 2020 and soon joined Inglefield as a staff nurse. Her commitment to person-centred care and dignified end-of-life care saw her quickly progress to Clinical Lead and then Deputy Manager. Primrose enjoys watching documentaries and cooking in her spare time and is dedicated to furthering her education and skills to better support both residents and staff.
Sally Pullen – Administrator
Sally Pullen joined Inglefield in September 2022 and received a warm welcome from colleagues, residents, and their families. Previously a Service Manager for a local independent garage, Sally moved from London nearly twenty years ago and fell in love with island life. She has a strong background in administration and customer service, having worked in the residential and commercial property sector for financial investment companies. Sally lives nearby with her husband, a local joiner, and their two children.
