Loveday Abbey Road offers specialist care for those living with dementia and/or age-related conditions. Behind its original Victorian façade, it is a new location with 26 contemporary and generously appointed suites. It’s an ingenious blend of modernity and history. We collaborated with leading hospitality architects ReardonSmith to create a structure with the ultimate care and safety features, innovative technology and high standards of luxury and comfort. Members can choose suites overlooking Abbey Road itself or the gentle calm of our carefully designed sensory garden.
Apart from the suites, Loveday Abbey Road offers comfortable lounges, a male and female grooming salon, therapy rooms, a hydro-spa, private dining and a large dining room which leads to the garden where Members can exercise, relax or dine al fresco. There are also peaceful lounges on every floor if Members wish to entertain family and friends in a more intimate setting.
Each morning, our Members enjoy breakfast however they wish, the full English to a leisurely continental, in the company of friends or in the sanctuary of their own suites. Lunch is our main meal, offering Members and their guests three courses with a superb cheeseboard. We have handpicked a small selection of excellent biodynamic wines and Our Club Menu and Coffee and Tea menus tempt throughout the day.
Our award-winning culinary team is supported by expert nutritionists, sommeliers and restaurateurs who design well-balanced menus tailored to each Member’s requirements. This includes Wellbeing Plus menus, which include ingredients that aid memory. We have also worked with leading furniture and tableware companies to create a range of senior-friendly tables, plates, cutlery and glassware.
At Loveday, food is a celebration and we believe caring is sharing. So our colleagues always eat with Members to promote social connection. There are no set meal times, so Members can eat when they want. We also welcome family members and friends to join us.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for extended periods to ensure we satisfy all routines. In addition, we can arrange for food to be served at any time of the day when circumstances demand; we are a family who expects and caters for the unexpected.
Our beautiful and newest residence, Abbey Road offers 26 suites for our members.
