Our large, friendly, purpose-built facility accommodates 63 individuals, ensuring a clean and secure environment tailored to their needs. Residents can choose from several communal areas depending on their mood, while two additional wings provide a more intimate setting for high-dependency clients who prefer smaller groups.
Activities – We actively encourage our residents to participate in social activities and pursue their own hobbies. Our daily programmes are designed to stimulate both body and mind, enhancing overall well-being. Carole Hall – Registered Manager
Carole has dedicated 30 years to the care industry, beginning her career as a domiciliary care assistant at Worcester County Council before advancing to Home Manager at Sanctuary. She holds an NVQ 5 and a Leadership in Dementia Qualification from Worcester University. Carole is a proud grandmother of two, enjoys walking, reading, and family outings.
Alison Evans – Deputy Manager
Alison began her career in care at 14, later transitioning to a supervisor role in a door factory for 15 years. Missing her passion for caring, she returned to the care industry and advanced to Deputy Manager. Alison holds an NVQ 3 and is pursuing her NVQ 5. She loves animals, long countryside walks, and crime fiction.
Samantha Cope – Administrator
Samantha is our AAT-qualified administrator, bringing experience from her previous roles as a bookkeeper and council clerk. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, gym workouts, and dining out. Known for her bubbly personality, Sam is always ready to share a laugh, even at bad jokes!
